Asbestos Compensation Experience
Under the direction of my father and mentor, Murray Miskin, I have been learning about the legal field by working at the family law office since I was 18. I began working at Miskin Law during the summers after graduating from high school. I continued to work at Miskin Law during summer break during from both Concordia and University of Southampton. Over the years I have gained specialized knowledge into mesothelioma compensation and product information for asbestos products used in Canada. I have built a database of asbestos products that help our firm figure out which products were sold in each province during a specific time frame. This helps out clients receive greater compensation, because we are able to review which asbestos products were available during the time period they worked. I have had the privilege to help clients all over Canada that have been diagnosed with mesothelioma. I am compassionate and driven to help victims of asbestos.
